Dianne Heiler

Dianne Heiler

Dianne brings 15+ years of private sector experience in package engineering, new product development and value chain management to the team at Emerald. She has spent her career developing and launching commercial products for the food, consumer product and life science/biotechnology industries. During the course of her career she has worked for Nestlé Corporation, Method Products, Applied Biosystems, and other well-known brands.

A recognized expert in her field, Dianne delivers results in the areas of efficiency optimization, regulatory compliance, change management, quality systems, cost savings and strategy. She has served as an Adjunct Professor for San Jose State University in the Nutrition, Food Science and Packaging program since 2009. Her work has received awards and recognition as a 2014 EDF Climate Corp Fellow with the Dow Chemical Company, a MIT Climate Co-Lab Fellow for the 2014 Waste Management contest, and a 2014 Hult Prize Regional Finalist in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Dianne is a Certified LEED Green Associate, GRI Certified on G4 Reporting Guidelines, and has been published in Packaging World Magazine. She holds a B.S. in International Business and Marketing and M.S. in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), as well as an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Aditi Kolhekar

Aditi Kolhekar

Aditi Kolhekar is a team member of the Climate Change and Sustainability Services group at Ernst & Young. Previously, she established tenure at Bechtel Power Corporation as a Nuclear/Licensing Engineer as well as a Nuclear/Environmental Engineer. Her work at Bechtel included designing work instructions for processing nuclear licensing activities, completing regulatory deliverables for the new nuclear construction and operating license, training cross-function and cross-business project team members, and regularly interfacing with the client.

Aditi is adept in a wide-range of areas concerning sustainability strategy and implementation. Her experience includes energy and nuclear power, licensing and regulatory compliance, and sustainability services. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. In 2014, she completed a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Management at Columbia University.

Lisa Vincent

Lisa Vincent

Lisa Vincent holds a MBA from The Citadel Military College as well as advanced certifications in Lean, Six Sigma methodologies, project management, along with training design and delivery. She possesses over ten years of experience in Lean operations, operations management, and project management. Currently, Lisa serves as a Lean Sensei for one of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare organizations in America.

Her proven track record of success began with her service for the United States Navy. Throughout her tenure, she filled multiple leadership roles with a core concentration on nuclear energy. Lisa’s ability to make highly technical topics accessible to a variety of audiences is a rare commodity. She is well versed in hands-on coaching and mentoring at the C-level as well as any level of learner within an organization. She developed this unique skill while serving as a Master Training Specialist for the United States Navy.

Lisa is passionate about teaching organizations how to utilize Lean tools to see opportunities for improvement, and increase efficiency, productivity, and quality. Through her in-depth method, Lisa delivers value as defined by the client and transforms organizations both operationally and strategically.
